down by the sally gardens

the speaker narrats his love story in the past
he was in love with a women meet her in sally garden
she is part of nature when she passed the garden and she make the nature live
she wants her lover to take love easy and let love grow as nature to be long
he was young ane full on energy and he was foolish and did not agree with her
there is relashion with nature . river symbol of life and water the sours of life
again she wants the speaker take life easy . he was unpatient person
he is sad because his love left him and his love could not grow as nature

ترجمةالقصيدة

في الاسفل وقرب حدائق سالي
اناوحبيبتي التقينا
كانت تمضي بقدميها
البيضاوين كالثلج
بينما الاشجارمكللة
بالاوراق الخضر
فدعتني بان استمتع بالحب
لكنني كنت صغيراواحمقا
فلم امارس معها الحب

وفي الحقل وقرب النهر
انا وحبيبتيوقفنا
وعلى كتفي المائلتين
وضعت يديها البيضاوين كالثلج
ودعتني ان اعيشالحياة
بسلاسة ويسر
لكنني صغيرا واحمقا كنت
والان تملاني الدموع
