الوصفه

Kabsa

Kabsa is made from chicken, rice, tomatoes, onions, vegetables, water, oil and pepper and salt. First, we put anions with chicken on the cooker with some oil. Than,we add some tomamtoes and water. After that we add salt and pepper with rice. Nexe, we leave the entire mixture to be cooked for abaut 30 minutes. We serve it hot with pepsi or any kind of juice. Kabsa is very popular in Saudi Arabia and in many other countries.

My Classmate

Sara is my best friend in Jubail university . She is 19 years old and she is from Riadh. She moved here in Jubail three years ago. Her father works here in Jubail , so she is living with me in the same class. She is also my close friend because she is polite , kind , shy and respectful. We sometimes spend our free time together.We study different subjects, but they are not difficult. In the weekend, we often visit each other. I like her and I wish I could spend the rest of my life with her.
