Graffiti is more or less an art form. In The right locations, it could
be an art form, for exemple on a grey town wall. If graffiti is anywhere in a location where most people like this it could be an art
form. But if graffiti is on public buildings, trains or other houses, it can't be an art form. If people say that these buildings or trains are theirs, the sprayers are not allowed to spray their art in these
places, because it's an illegal action like many others and for this
the sprayers must be punished.
I would say it would be better if spraying was a normal job. So everybody could say that he or she liked this kind of art and wanted
to have it. Then graffiti would only be in those playces where
people liked it. The whole town must decided about public buildings, whether it's legal or illegal there.
Then you can avoid many problems and everybody can decide for himsself,

Graffiti
There are very many reasons for graffiti.
Some people only spray because they are bored,
some want to leave their mark on places where they have been.
But there are also real competitions between the sprayers, where they choose
the best one in their area. Some writing is for other persons as a kind of present
or to say something. Others are only decoration because the sprayers want to make
big walls, trains and other things look better.
But there are also some sprayers who only want to destroy things and make them
look ugly or they want to threaten somebody. Very often there is also the thrill
of doing something illegal, because in most places graffiti is not allowed.

Is Graffiti an art form?
In my opinion Graffiti is an art form. A lot of people say that is wrong, but they have to see that there are new art forms coming and old ones going. Of course some idiots just spray some stupid texts on walls. But on the other hand there are people wh
o decorate ugly walls and who make them beautiful. The so-called bombsare mostly in 3D and colored. The lines are thgeir own kind of art. They are sprayed on bus stations or in subways.
agine they are sprayed on trains and trams. It is not easy spraying trains and only professionals do this. Some sprayers are real artists. In my opinion they should be supported because a lot of people like seeing Graffiti. The state should build specia
l walls only for Graffiti becauseit is an art formthat should be supported. A state that can give millions for tankls and guns can give at least some money to support modern art.
