Amoxycillin (250mg vial):
Indications:
Severe chest infection in patient with chronic lung disease
Dosages:
Given intramuscularly or intravenously in an ADULT 500mg

Atropine (600 micrograms/ml):
Indications:
Bradycardia
Dosages:
Given intravenously in an ADULT 300 micrograms

Benzylpenicillin:
Indications:
Bacterial meningitis
Dosages:
Given intramuscularly or intravenously in an ADULT 1200mg

Chlorpheniramine:
Indications:
Adjunctive treatment in anaphylaxis
Dosages:
Given intravenously over 120 seconds in an ADULT 10-20mg diluted with isotonic saline

Diamorphine:
Indications:
Severe pain or acute left ventricular failure
Dosages:
After the powder is reconstituted, 5-10mg intravenously

Diazepam:
Indications:
Status epilepticus
Dosages:
Given intravenously or rectally in an ADULT 10mg
________________________________________

Epinephrine (Adrenaline) (1mg/ml) 1 in 1000:
Indications:
Anaphylaxis or acute angio-oedema
Dosages:
Given intramuscularly or subcutaneously in an ADULT 0.5-1.5ml

Flumazenil:
Indications:
Reversal of benzodiazepine induced respiratory depression
Dosages:
200 micrograms intravenously over a quarter minute, then 100 micrograms every minute thereafter until a maximum if 1mg.

Frusemide:
Indications:
Relief of pulmonary oedema associated with LVF
Dosages:
Given intravenously in an ADULT 20-50mg

Glucagon (1mg/ml):
Indications:
Hypoglycaemia
Dosages:
Given subcutaneously, intramuscularly or intravenously in an ADULT 0.5 - 1mg - if no response give glucose

Glucose solution (50ml of 50%):
Indications:
Hypoglycaemia
Dosages:
Given intravenously in an ADULT up to 50 mg

Hydrocortisone:
Indications:
Post anaphylaxis and acute asthma attack
Dosages:
Given intravenously in an ADULT 100-300mg

Metoclopramide:
Indications:
Nausea and vomiting
Dosages:
Given intramuscularly or intravenously in an ADULT 10mg

Naloxone:Indications:
Opioid overdose
Dosages:
Given intravenously in an ADULT 100 micrograms to 2mg.

Nitrolingual Spray:Indications:
Angina
Dosages:
Aerosol spray 0.4 mg/dose - ADULT
1-2 sprays sublingually at onset; no more than 3 sprays in 15 minutes.

Prochlorperazine:
Indications:
Nausea and vomiting
Dosages:
Given intramuscularly to an ADULT 12.5mg
