Everyone feels angry sometimes
It's normal and healthy to get angry when there is a good reason, and sometimes we just feel angry but we don't really know why.

Lose controle
Not talking to anyone
Some of these things might make us feel better in the short-term. But they can make trouble for us later . People might not understand why we are behaving like this

For example, cursing your slowlycomputer won’t make it run faster just like kicking your car won’t make it work.

How can I feel calmer?
It is important to take time out to relax and do things that we enjoy. Everyone relaxes in different ways .
Talking to someone
listening to music
Taking a deep slow breaths

and our islamic istructions guid us to the right way to calm down

Asking God's forgiveness
Doing ablution
Changing ur position like standing up if u were sitting or leaving the place

It's obvious that anger is an emotion that should be taken lightly and that serious efforts must be done to control and manage it. By understanding how anger works you will be able to control it instead of making it control you
