This is method that simple express about nursing role in treatment and nurses become moreInfluentially in health care .
The nursing process separate about medical process but both more important to health care.
Medical process mostly role is treatment.

في بداية رحلاتنا سنبدأ في اعطاء نبذة قصيرة حول التمريض , رغم أن التمريض يحتاج لوقت طويل كي نفهمه . لكن " خير الكلام ما قل و دل " http://hajr04.dyndns.org/hajrvb/images/smilies/smile.gif

تعريف التمريض :

توجد تعاريف كثيرة للتمريض , اخترت لكم أفضلها من حيث وصف الأساس الذي تقوم عليه العملية التمريضية و دورها .

التعريف الحديث للتمريض :

" هو علم و فن يركز على الارتقاء بالجودة الحياتية للأفراد و الأسر طوال معاناتهم الحياتية منذ الولادة و حتى نهاية حياتهم "

تعريف كلية رويال للتمريض :

" هو استخدام الحكم الطبي أو الاكلينيكي في تزويد الرعاية لتمكين الفرد من الإرتقاء , و المحافظة , أو التعافي ( استعادة الصحة ) , للتأقلم مع المشكلات الصحية و احراز أفضل جودة ممكنة للحياة , بغض النظر عن نوعية المرض أو الإعاقة حتى الموت "


يركز هذان التعريفان على نقطة مهمة و هي الجودة الحياتية التي تدل على الدور الوقائي للكادر التمريضي و مدى قدرته على توعية المجتمع و الأفراد بمشكلاتهم الصحية و كيفية التعايش معها أو بطرق علاجها.

العملية التمريضية :

و هي الطريقة التي يقدم الكادر التمريضي من خلالها الرعاية للمريض و تشمل خمسة طرق :

- التقييم
- التشخيص
- التخطيط
- التنفيذ
- التقويم

و القيام بهذه العمليات يحتاج إلى القدرة على التفكير المنطقي و السليم لتحقيق الغرض منها :
التقييم : هو عباره عن جمع المعلومات حول المشكلات الصحية للمريض
collecting data about patient health problems
و ذلك يتم عن طريق شكوى المريض , و الفحوصات التي تجريها الممرضة مثل العلامات الحيوية بالإضافة إلى الاختبارات الفزيولوجية physical assessment وهو عبارة عن استخدام أربعة طرق لاكتشاف بعض علامات الأمراض مثل الورم أو الجروح أو الانتفاخ و تغيّر لون الجلد ... الخ . الطرق تكون بالنظر inspiction , باللمس palpation , بالسمع ascultation, و percusion يمكن يكون معناها بالنقر يعني الضرب بالاصبع على بعض المناطق مثل جهة المعدة أو المثانة للتأكد من عدم وجود اورام أو انتفاخات غير طبيعية و ما إلى ذلك ..


التشخيص التمريضي : هو الكشف عن الاستجابات الغير صحية عند المريض سواء استجابات للمرض أو استجابة للعلاج . و يكون التشخيص التمريضي متغير من فترة إلى أخرى حسب الاستجابات الموجودة لدى المريض عند التشخيص .

التشخيص يكون نوعين : actual and potential
حقيقي أو حالي actual و هي جميع الاعراض الموجودة عند المريض في وقت التشخيص . بينما المحتمل أو الكامن potential و هي الأعراض التي يمكن أن تكون عند المريض بعد فترة من التشخيص أو العلاج ربما نقول عنها المضاعفات أو وجود بعض الاعراض التي قد تسبب مشكلة مستقبلية .



- التخطيط planning

و هي وضع الأهداف التي ترغب الممرضة في تحقيقها خلال رعايتها لحالة معينة

مثال : لدي مريض درجة حرارته مرتفعة فوق 38 fever فتشمل الخطة على أمرين ( كل ممرض\ــة قد تكون لديه\ـا خطة مختلفة ) :
1- المحافظة على درجة الحرارة في المستوى الطبيعي .
2- منع المضاعفات التي يمكن أن تؤدي لها ارتفاع درجة الحرارة مثل : التشنجات , فقد السوائل و بالتالي حدوث الجفاف , أو تضرر مركز التحكم الحراري في الدماغ .

التنفيذ implementing : و هو القيام بتزويد الرعاية الصحية للمريض , أي ترجمة الخطة إلى فعل . و في التنفيذ لا بد من معالجة الحالة الأهم و مراعاة الأولوية , مثلا : مريض لديه مشكلة في التنفس , و يشكو من الجوع ! فلا يمكن أن أحضر له الطعام أولا , يجب معالجة مشكلة التنفس قبله . و إذا كانت لدينا عدة مشكلات لكنها ليست حتمية للحياة مثل وجود امساك و صداع , و جوع .. فيمكن للممرضة أن تعالج الحالة الأهم من خلال سؤال المريض عن المشكلة التي يرغب في التخلص منها أولا .

و في العملية التمريضية توجد الكثير من الأساسيات و النظريات , التي تدرسها بشكل مفصل .
و العملية التمريضية تهدف في أساسها إلى الوقاية من المرض أو الوقاية من عودة المرض بعد حدوثه .بينما العملية الطبية تهدف في أساسيها إلى معالجة المرض . و كلا العمليتين مهمتين و أساسيتين في الرعاية الصحية .
التقويم evaluation
و هو معرفة الايجابيات و السلبيات للخطة التمريضية التي تمت من خلالها رعاية المريض , و محاولة تقويم السلبيات و الاستمرارية على الايجابيات , و هي دراسة الأهداف التي حققتها الخطة . من حيث احزارها أو عدمه .




التخصصات التمريضية :

و هذه التخصصات يمكن أن تكون بعد الدبلوم ككورسات قصيرة في قسم معين , أو بعد البكالوريوس كدراسات عليا أو دبلوم متخصص, وهذا الغالب .

موضوع مهم وشامل
حقيقة ما كنت اظن كل هالتخصصات فيه...
وشغلة التمريض مهمة في المستشفى واحسها شغلة انسانية ،،
واللي يدخلها لازم يكون عنده سعة قلب ورحمة على المريض ..

لكن لازال في ناظري شغلة صعبة ومتعبة ولا عندي طاقة اني اتحملها ...
