let’s start with past tense :
1- Simple past :
A_ Formula: positive - s + v2
Negative - s + did + v1 -

B_ How we can make -yes – no - question in past simple tense
- formula - Did + s + v1-
answer of questions - yes + s + did. + s + v1-
or - no + s + didn’t .+ s + didn’t + v1-
