الصح انك تقول We have been friends since five years لان الزمن المستخدم في هذه الجملة يدل على ان الصداقة من خمس سنوات الى الان مستمر
اما الجملة we are friends since 5 years هي ان صداقتكم خمس سنوات وانتهت

هذي الجملة مافيها شيء بس احس مالها داعي

كلمة loves ماتستخدم في هالمواطن عادة تستخدم هالكلمة لما يكون في حب بين رجل وإمرأة
لكن لما يكون الحب حب لشيء ما مثل هواية او شيء اخر نستخدم كلمة Like

وغير كذه لازم تسوي تطابق في الزمن والاسم والصفة وغيرها لما تستخدم اداة من ادوات الربط
اقصد انت قلت travel and reading بما انك اضفت ing لكلمة Reading ضيفها ايضا لكلمة travelling

كل الجملتين صحيحة لكن هنا تخبرك عن اسم صديقتها فتكون الجمله اكمل

هذا الجمله صحيحة وجملتك باضافة ing الى travel صحيحة يعني كل الجملتين صحيحة ،،
كلمة love ماهي محدودة على شخصين هي اشمل الفرق :

مثال I love it معناها انا احب الشي بشدة
I like it معناها انا احب لكن حب عادي
