ماهي طريقة ارسال العنوان اللي تقولون؟ هل ارسلها من ايميلي الشخصي؟ ولا فيه طريقه ثانيه؟
ثانيا هل ارسل العنوان بس كلمة او ثنتين ولا ارسل نبذه كامله يعني تكون اربع سطور او حولها؟

هلا اخوي علم ... أنا مثلك الروابط الي حصلوها الشباب مالقيتها في موقع الجامعه ولا البلاك بورد بس
من ناحية ارسال العنوان زي ماتفضلت انت ترسل كحد اقصى 4سطور يعني مثلاً بتكتب في الترجمه .
تكتب سوف أكتب في الترجمه وطرق الترجمه وكيف يتم التعامل مع ذوي اللغات الاجنبيه في حالة الترجمه ...

هذا مثال على العنوان الي بترسله وهذا ماسمعته من الدكتور السقوفي حضرت له محاضره وهذ كلامه وترسلها على ايميل الدكتور عبدالعزيز ( الايميل الجامعي ) تحصله في الصفحه الرئيسيه للجامعه مكتوب البريد الجامعي تدخل وتدخل رقمك والباسورد وتكتب له وترسلها على ايميله ...وبالتوفيق

لادخلت موقع الجامعه الرئيسي تحصل على يسارك أيقونه ( البريد الجامعي ) بالازرق اضغط عليها , يطلع لك خاص بأعضاء هيئة التدريس وخاص بالطلبه اضغط على أيقونة خاص بالطلبه وادخل رقمك الجامعي ولباسورد .. وهذا بريدك الجامعي الي من خلاله تراسل الدكاتره وعميد العماده لو تبغى ... وسلامتك

والخصم داخل كذلك في التأخر عن تقديم الجزئين الباقيين (المسودة الأولى والنهائية) في وقتهما.

Thank you very much for sending your topic in time. Your topic is now approved. Here are some general comments that could help you improve your proposal (for your first/final drafts):





- Please make sure that your topic is SPECIFIC. For example, 'Teaching English ' seems to be a general area. Do we mean the effectiveness of teaching methods?? Which method? And for what?? Speaking? Writing? Reading? where? Which school ? Who are your participants?





Speaking is even general! You can ask a question or two about your topic. Examples are


1- The effectiveness of using X method in improving speaking fluency/reading/writing/listening comprehension….etc. in Y school / or Z participants.


E.g. The effectiveness of using cooperative learning in improving students' writing accuracy in X school in Y city.


OR


2- Students'/Teachers'/Administrators'/anyone's perceptions on X in Y school/company…etc.


E.g., Students' perceptions on the use of X teaching method in Y school in Z city.




Then you need to choose AN APPROPRIATE methodology. In example 1, you need to use (Pre-test – Treatment – post-test). So first, you test students before (pretest), then you divide them into two groups (one experimental and one control group), you teach them using two different methods (treatment), and then you test them again (post-test). You cannot use a questionnaire to see if this approach is useful or not BUT you can use questionnaires to look at students'/teachers' perceptions on something related to this approach.


In example 2, you might want to see what are students' perceptions and impressions about X topic/method…etc. .. Here, you can use questionnaires or interviews to answer your question.


Alternatively, you can choose one area (e.g. speaking /reading....etc) and list some of the latest developments in the field of teaching X. Then you can attend some classes and design a checklist to observe whether teachers use the up-to-date teaching methods in teaching X.


Please choose one of these many options and write a good first draft.


- Please read the guide/manual very carefully and follow the instructions (e.g. what to write in the SUBJECT line in the email...etc.). The guide gives clear instructions as to how to write your proposal. If the guide/manual is not available to download from the E-learning deanship web page, it will be available soon.





- I will give you more feedback on your first draft as the ideas become clearer (please follow the instructions on the guide as to the number of pages of the first draft (e.g. lengthy proposals will be rejected...etc).


- I look forward to reading your first draft. Please send me your first draft in time. I will then read your proposals and send you comments to help you improve your first draft and prepare a good final draft.

قبل تقريبا ساعه مريت الاحساء ورحت لدكتور / عبدالعزيز التركي في مكتبه

كان في قمة التواضع والاحترام ونعم الدكتور بصراحه

جلست سئلت عن كذا شي في أمور متعلقه بالتوبك حقي

والتمست من كلامه أنهم كدكاتره يعرفون من طريقة البحث أنه منسوخ من مواقع وعندهم برنامج يوضح لهم هالامور أو انه مستعين بشخص يسوي له البحث

والدكتور يقول كل اللي ابغاه ان الطالب يتعب شوي يحسسني انه مهتم والدكتور متسامح جدأ بعكس ماقراته في الايام الماضيه أنه يوجد غموض ومن هالكلام كان واضح جدا ويتكلم بشفافيه عاليه

واللي وصاني به أنه يبغى الطالب يحسسه أنه مهتم وان السالفه بأكملها بسيطه وان يكون مطلع ع الخطوات حقت مشروع التخرج

هذا رد الدكتور لي هل هو عام لجميع الطلاب ولا خاص لي حيرني ،،،
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for submitting your first drafts, good job!! . I have read all of your research proposals and I enjoyed reading many of them. Nevertheless, there were some issues that need to be addressed and those issues were shared in many proposals. I summarize serious issues below and I hope that you find them useful. The issues are expected as this is your first time writing a research proposal but you need to amend your documents and work on those issues and then submit the final draft on/before the deadline.


- First I hope that you can read my comments on your thesis statement as I explained to you what you should do. At the moment, your first draft is not satisfactory. Please don't copy any person's work and you need to write much much more under each section (e.g. significance of research, methodology, limitations of the study....etc). If you want, you can change the topic --as a help from me- to 'students' opinion about using literature to learn vocabulary in X school in Y city'. Then your methodology should include a questionnaire.

• The title has to be specific. It must tell the reader what exactly s/he will read. General topics are not accepted. For example (teaching speaking in Saudi Arabia = general and not accepted / The effectiveness of X method in improving students' speaking fluency in Y school in Z city = clear and specific). Please read the guide for more information. Your title and other sections, clearly, have to reflect what you are going to include in the research questions/methodology sections.

• The clarity of expression needs some improvements (e.g. some sentences are not clearly written). You might need to revise your document for grammatical errors as well. Some students wrote notes instead of paragraphs so please be advised that this is not acceptable.
• The table of contents should be organized in headings (e.g. 1 ----- 1.1 / 2 --- 2.1) where necessary. This link shows you how to create a table of content. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word-help/create-a-table-of-contents-or-update-a-table-of-contents-HP001225372.aspx

• Please follow the format suggested in the guide (e.g. title- abstract- introduction – literature review—methodology) and write paragraphs under each heading. Please organize your sections as suggested in the guide. Please avoid writing in notes or short phrases. A paragraph or so under each heading will be enough (read the guide for the exact number of paragraphs).

• When you introduce an idea, please cite the reference. In other words, tell the reader where you read this idea (e.g. X is important in teaching Y according to White (1995). Then you need to include this source in the reference list. You can use some websites to help you organize your reference lists (e.g. reference machine).

• In the significance of research section, you need to convince the reader about the importance of your research (e.g. why is it important?).

• Your literature review has to be written in a coherent way. The sentences have to be linked to each other logically. There must be a clear 'line of argument' that the reader can follow. Towards the end of the literature review section, you have to reach the RESEARCH GAP. In other words, you need to Say that X did this, Y did that which is similar to what Z did but nobody looked at this issue (and this will be your main research point/question). You can work on your existing literature review or add few references to make the line of argument clear.

• Your research question/s have to be specific and related to one point only, which is the focus of your study. Some students included two or more research questions that are not related to each other and this is not acceptable. Also, you need to clearly state your research question/s or hypotheses after describing them in the paragraph (e.g. in numbered notes).


• Importantly, your methodology has to be appropriate for your research question. You can't use questionnaires to find a good way to teach speaking (for example). You can, of course, use questionnaires or interviews to elicit people's perceptions / thoughts about an idea, method, or approach. You need to write few sentences about your method (e.g. questionnaires/interviews or experiment). Mentioning that you will use X method is not enough. For instance, in my experiment there will be X, Y and Z. X is this. Y is that. Then you can explain how you will analyze your results (e.g. I will analyze the data qualitatively/ quantitatively --- I will use statistic tests - or will calculate the average of X -......etc.).

• In the Ethical consideration section, you might want to mention whether your participants are vulnerable (e.g. children – people with special needs…etc.). Also you might want to mention that you will get the 'ethical approval' from your department/college before colleting the data. Some students included two or more research questions that are not related to each other and this is not acceptable. Also, you need to clearly state your research question/s or hypotheses after describing them in the paragraph (e.g. in numbered notes). did you mean teachers' OR students' opinions about the reasons of X in Y country ??? If this is what you meant then you can write a research question reflecting this.. Also, make it clear in the methodology.


Importantly, your methodology has to be appropriate for your research question. You can't use questionnaires to find a good way to teach speaking (for example). You can, of course, use questionnaires or interviews to elicit people's perceptions / thoughts about an idea, method, or approach. You need to write few sentences about your method (e.g. questionnaires/interviews or experiment). Mentioning that you will use X method is not enough. For instance, in my experiment there will be X, Y and Z. X is this. Y is that. Then you can explain how you will analyze your results (e.g. I will analyze the data qualitatively/ quantitatively --- I will use statistic tests - or will calculate the average of X -......etc.).
Please focus on the questionnaire and ignore other methods (e.g. references are not methods).

You need to tell us more about the limitations and ethical considerations.
In the Ethical consideration section, you might want to mention whether your participants are vulnerable (e.g. children – people with special needs…etc.). الاولي : العنوان عندك طويل عنوان المشروع حاول انك تقصر منه ويكون واضحة بالنسبة لمشروعك
الثاني : تلخيص الدراسة حقت المشروع في الفقرة الاولي abstract يعني تقول انك راح تسوي في هذا البحث او المشروع كذا وكذا .....الخ

امل بالنسبة للزخرفة ما يحتاج اهم شي ترتيب الفقرات حاول تشوف المشاريع السابقة للاخوان الخريجين اللي اخذو A+ وتنسق مثلهم
