when some one makes a mistake in a sentence it’s an error depending on whether they knew it was a mistake or not

language learners don't always produce correct sentences

there are two reasons for making a mistake
the person does not know the correct form (error) lack of language competence
the person knows the right form but made a mistake زلة لسان =slip of a tongue (mistake)

we can’t see what happens in the brain
but we know we plan before we speak from the slip of the tongue

tip of tho tongue على طرف لساني
: you try to remember a word , you remember some details about it but you cant remember the word

your brain is a network

prescriptive and descriptive grammar

prescriptive the one who want to describe the language they just sit somewhere and think of the rules than start writing for the ones who want to learn

descriptive they go to the filed and listen to native speakers then analysis the data then they make rules (describe what native people say)

there are some similarities to first and scored language accusation
like you don't start speaking correctly you make mistakes then gradually you improve you need time and practice to get better

and normally people that acquire a second language don't master the second language fully
you cant acquire language without conversation

borca aphasia left side of the brain towards the front , they have difficulty producing speech (non fluent aphasia)

wernicke , back of the brain , the speak but you cant understand them

all babies are born with the tendency to acquire language

we can refer to gestures and a form of communication

pronominal reference

عندنا 3 pronounce الي هي (I,I,it)
it تعود على القطة
هذا هو pronominal reference ……pronoun يشير الى شي ذكر مسبقا

شرح syntactic units are not labeled as such in the signal

اذا سمعنا أحد يتحدث (مثل الدكتور وهو يشرح ) نسمع اشارات صوتية (صوته) مايقول انا أول كلمه استخدمتها ضمير
والثانية فعل… لا مجرد يتكلم من غير ذكر آجز، الجملة او نوع الكلمة الشي الي ينسمع مجرد صوت

معنى syntactic unit مثل noun phrase , verb phrase …
المتكلم ما يقول الشي هذا انت كمستمع تعرف اي جزء
