a camping trip

saleh and ali are students at a language school in riyadh . One day during the break between semesters they met earlier in the day .the day was sunny and bright so they decided to go camping in the desert .
By 8:00 pm saleh had borrowed his father's car and filled it with fuel for the journey.
For two hours the two boys drove out of the city and found themselves in the desert .on all sides of them sand , stretched in beautiful color and long dunes of sand seemed to go on forever .
By 10:30 in the morning they had started their hike and they enjoyed the fresh air and the quiet of the desert . But the sun soon proved to be very hot and nothing sounded better than the idea of a drink of cold water . So the two hiker decided to go back to their car and rest before setting up their tent. When they reached their car the first thought was to get a drink of cold water .they opened the trunk of the car to get the large water jug ,but what a sad sight met their eyes .the jug lay on its side and all the water had run out .
Saleh asked ali did you make sure the cover was tightly closed before you but the jug in the trunk .
Ali answered i guess i didn't.
Well ! That put a quick end to their camping adventure .the two boys got into the car and didn’t waste a minute because every minute of travel brought them closer to a drink of water .
