هذا اختصار بسيطة لبعض النقاط في المحتوى ..


First person ( I, we)
2person ( you)
3rd person ( he , she ,it , they )


Mass nouns always be ( singular verb ) for example ( milk , bread, juice always is )



Collective noun ( family, team )


Articles means ( a , an , the)
Demonstrative( this , these , that )



Simple verb consists ( one word )
Complex verb consists of ( verbal group)


Finite verbs ( tense , person , number )

Non finite verbs consists of ( should, can , v+ing, to )

The non-finite verb with model auxiliary verbs consist ( bare infinitive ) without to)

Form is ( verb phrase , noun , relative clause , pronominal group )

Function is ( subject , object , complement )


Appositive(describe the same person )


A complement ( يجي بعدها صفة ( a good student , a hard working , successful )

* types of appositive
1/ restrictive apposition ( don't use commas لانستخدم فاصلة مع هذا النوع من البدل

2/ non restrictive apposition ( use commas نستخدم فاصلة (


Complement is ( necessary )
Adjunct ( not necessary )


Adjectives ( describe the person , things , event )

Types of adjectives;

1/ attributive adjective for example( important lesson ) ( main, chief )


2/ predicative adjectives ( the lesson is important ) also ( afraid and a sleep )


بعض الصفات ليس لها درجات متفاوتة مثل ) complete , perfect )


* conjunction ( and , or , but )
*Correlative conjunction ( both , but , either , or ) > اكثر من رابط في الجملة

A main clause ( can stand alone _ independent clause )

A subordinate clause ( can't stand alone ( dependent clause)


Dependent clause ( that , when )
Independent clause ( جملة مافيها اداة شرط


*relative clause consists ( who, which whose )



I met Ahmad in 2016 ( adverbial phrase of time )


I met ahmad when I was traveling ( adverbial clause of time )
