The closing line of the first stanza, implies that hope is
a- Ending
b- Never ending
c- Never begin

there are two negative words, which highlight Dickinson’s message.
a- Hope can be stopped but not destroyed
b- Hope cannot be stopped but can be destroyed
c- Hope cannot be stopped or destroyed
d- Hope can be stopped and destroyed
