There is a nice technique in anger management, that is to separate yourself from your feelings

I have tried that, and it worked quite fine

Though i dont get mad easily..and sports help me alot

Simply, when you are mad, just talk about yourself as another person, like " now I'm mad," this way you separated your thinking from your feelings
And that should calm you down

If you like action movies, then this is of its type, but live and more realistic

Actually..i hate such violent sports..and i have always wondered what the point of it ..
And now im sure that it is just.a waste of time
