Fasting Ramadan

Ramadan is the ninth month in Islamic calendar . Also, It is the fourth pillar of Islam pillars . It lasts for a month . All muslims must fast from dawn to sunset . There are some people excused ,such as ; travelers,sick,old people, children,woman who nursing a baby . It has a special night called lailtal Qadr . In the end of this month muslims have special day which called Eid Al-fitr .All people happy in this day , and they give zakat to poor people . To conclude, Ramadan is the best month in the year . It helps me to control my self .

from dawn to sunset
its better to say "from sunrise to sunset" .. clearer

There are some people excused
the sentence is a bit messy.. you might wanna say
" a lot of people get exhausted during fasting"
.. or ..
"there are some people who get exhausted "

i don't exactly get what you mean by
"woman who nursing a baby"
if you mean like .. baby sitting .. which is like .. taking care of a baby for amount of time then maybe you wanna use the term
" women who baby sit"

.All people happy in this day
"everyone is being happy in this day" ..
or .. "everyone get to be happy in this day"
or .. "everyone seems happy in this day"
these could work .. but your sentence is a bit weak because it doesn't contain verbs..

what do you mean by
"It helps me to control my self"
from which side are you talking about ? control what?
so i could help you out with closing up the passage :)

الجمله بتكون ..

.. بمعنى : النسآء اللواتي يرضعن اطفالهن !

الجمله الثانيه .. اعتقد ما فيها اخطآء ، صحيحه !

Weather In Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia has only two season. They are summer and winter .The weather in the summer is humid ,sunny and hot . I really don’t like hot weather because it gives me a headache .Also, the humid weather makes my hair curly. The weather in the winter is very cold and a little rain .I don’t like cold weather because I can’t do anything . Also, cold weather makes me feel sick and tired . To conclude , The weather in Saudi Arabia is very bad , I hope it become a good later .

Free Time

Everybody has a free time in the daily life . There are a different ways to spend it , such as ; read novels or story . Also, you can go to the beach with your family or friend . Shopping is a nice thing .You can go there and buy what do you need . You can practice your favorite hobby , for example; drawing makes you a creative person . Also, you can use computer to have fun , chat with your friend or learn something new .Most of the girls spend a free time in cooking . Also, you can go to the cinema to watch movies and have fun time .To conclude,you should spend your free time to get benefit , and in the thing which you like to do .

في عندي ملاحظة لك في كتابة النقطة fullstop, المفروض تكتب بعد آخر كلمة في الجملة بدون مسافة, وبعدين نحط مسافة تالي نبدأ في الجملة التالية. مثلا
... winter. The weather ...

الجملة صحيحة بس عامة, لو يكون فيه تحديد أكثر للسبب

وهناك كلمات أخرى مشابهة لـ to conclude مثل in conclusion أو to sum up
