فكرة الموضوع ان اطرح او اي احد يطرح سؤال على حسب ما

اخذت الدفعة سواء E او pharma او chem


طبعا الاسئلة يكون فيها نوع من الف والدوران (اذا امكن ) عشان نستفيد

ان شاء الله الفكرة تعجبكم

هل هناك احتمالية حوث وفاة اذا أكل الشخص وجبة دسمة جدا ولماذا

سنة خامسة ما اعرف شو يأخذون لذلك ما اقدر اعطي سؤال

السؤال الثاني ماعندي معرفه كافيه بس الـcapoten يستخدم لعلاج مرض السكري ويستخرج من الكبد لجرعه لا تزيد عن 25 او 50 جرام مو متأكدة حول هالنقطه اذا خطأ ياليت تفيدنا

yes we can , the new studies show decreased mortality in patients with heart failure using beta-blockers

& the studies suggest that the only beta-blockers that could be used r carvedilol , metoprolol & bisoprolol

i think u r talking about the physiological role of insulin

i will tell u the answer ..

insulin is used in the management of hyperkalemia=}high potassium level

especially in emergency

this high level of K is considered as critical and fatal

& insulin would be the drug of choice to manage this condition

u must give insulin along with glucose to prevent hypoglycemia

........

in such situation u should play ur role to show the others the importance of ur job

If the difference in the half life, the drug,with short half life, should
be taken more often than the drug with long half life

not " when" it should be taken

there is something special in hyperlipidemia
if u see the biosynthesis process of cholesterol
u will find that the production of cholesterol is increased at night
and for that reason we give simvastatin at bed time or after dinner
because it has short half life and we want to maximize the therapeutic effect
