speaking of doing things by ourselves, do you know that most top executives around the globe,usually do most of their things by themselves !! despite the fact that they have more than 1 secretaries !!

giving the fact their busy schedule between meetings and committments, its really good to take care of yourself from time to time and aboid being totally reliable on thers,

Hi to everyone

One of the abbreviations I created when i was so young was TNB. it stands for Trust No Body,In general, i had a lack of trust in people and i honestly don't have a clue why! I think I'm getting better nowadays not because i trust people, its just because i don't expect anything anymore from anybody as i used to do. I don't know if i could deliver my idea correctly but as its said 'if you want something to be done perfectly, DO IT YOURSELF.

Sometimes when I have to wake up early I use children fever syrup called "Rhinofed' to get some sleep but please consult a doctor or at least google it. One of the major side effects is the increasing of heart beats

for long I notice that people will critic you then they will do the same after they change your mind
