I think That if we changed the name of the department To English words will be good.

Also if you were able to open The door for any Members those who want to changes the name To the English name.Why ? To be easy When you call them.

Some members would like to share In the new organization But they are afraid from they others Hardness and Smashing Since some Members
Even I have Mistakes So We expect you Must Inform them They Should have To be Generous ,Humble , Nice and Friendly
