واسئلة الاختبار كانت عليها ترم قبل الماضي

كم كنت تعرف اسم جيف بيروس ؟
حسناً ، ماذا عن Amazon.com ؟
هل سمعت عن ذلك ؟
حسناً ، الأمازون هو أول وأكبر متجر لبيع الكتب في العالم وجيف بيروس هو من بدأ بالأمازون في عام 1995.
بعد خمس سنوات كان الأمازون يخدم الملايين من العملاء في 120 دولة مختلفة .
مدهش ، أليس كذلك ؟
ولهذا السبب ، في عام 1999 اختارت مجلة تايم جيف بيروس شخصية العام ( شرف عظيم جداً )
الآن ، في الواقع جيف بيروس ليس موضوع محاضرتي اليوم لكنه خير مثال على موضوعي . وهو رجال الأعمال .
رجال الأعمال هي كلمة فرنسية تعني الشخص الذي يبدأ مشروع جديد تجاري او صناعي .
الشخص الذي يفعل شيئاً دون سواه وقد يفعل قبل ان يحتسب من الذي فعل ذلك وبطريقة جديدة كلياً مثل جيف بيروس .
رجال الأعمال مثل جيف بيروس لهم درجة عالية جداً من الإحترام في المجتمع الأمريكي ، وأعتقد ايضاً في العديد من البلدان الأخرى .
كذلك في محاضرة اليوم اريد أن اتحدث عن ثلاثة أمور :
اولاً / خصائص رجال الأعمال اعني أي نوع من الناس هم .
ثانياً / هذا النوع من أي خلفية أتو منها .
ثالثاً / عملية تنظيم المشاريع وهذا يعني ان رجال الأعمال يتبعون خطوات عند انشاء مشروع تجاري جديد .
حسناً / دعونا نبدأ من خلال النظر في خصائص وصفات رجال الأعمال .
هناك نوعان من الصفات التي اعتقد ان كل رجال الأعمال مشتركون فيها .
الأول / رجال الأعمال لديهم رؤية ، اعني وبكل بساطه ان لديهم المقدرة على رؤية ما هي الفرص التي لا يراها غيرهم .
دعونا ننظر مرة أخرى في مثال جيف بيروس ، في عام 1994 كان يتصفح الأنترنت وفجأة خطرت له فكرة رائعة ، لماذا لا تستخدم شبكة الأنترنت لبيع المنتجات ؟ في ذلك الوقت تذكر بأنه لا أحد يستخدم شبكة الأنترنت في هذا المجال .
وبعد القيام ببعض الأبحاث قرر بيروس عزمه في بيع الكتب . ( هذه هي الطريقة التي بدأ بها الأمازون )
الشيء الذي اعتقد أن كل اصحاب المشاريع ليس لديهم خوف من المجازفه بمعنى أنهم لم يكونوا يخافون الفشل .
كمثال على ذلك اسمحوا لي أن اقول لكم عن فريدريك سمث ، اسس شركة فيديكس التي من شأنها ان توفر حزم بين عشية وضحاها .
اقترح سمث لأول مرة فكره لشركته في احدى الكليات وهي ورقة الأجل .
هل تعرفون ما الدرجة التي حصل عليها ( A . C ) .
بوضوح ، هذه الفكره لم يحبها استاذه ولكن هذا لم يمنعه .
اليوم فيديكس تحقق اكثر من 20 مليار دولار وتوظف اكثر من 130000 شخص .
حسناً ، لقد شاهدنا للتو ان جميع رجال الأعمال لديهم ما لا يقل عن اثنين من الصفات المهمه المشتركه .
ولكن دعونا نلقي نظره على بعض الاختلافات وسنرى ان خلفياتهم يمكن ان تكون مختلفة جداً.
باديء ذي بدء ، بعض رجال الأعمال لديهم تعليم جيد مثل جيف بيروس الذي تخرج من جامعة برنستون لكن البعض الآخر مثل بيل غيتس مؤسس مايكروسوفت لم ينهي الكلية .
التالي ، بعض رجال الأعمال يأتون من عائلات غنيه مثل فريدريك سمث مؤسس فيديكس والآخر من رجال الأعمال يأتون من العائلات الفقيره وكثيراً هم من المهاجرين وخاصة الأطفال من المهاجرين . وهناك مثال كبير على ذلك وهو جيري يانغ احد الرجال الذين بدأو بياهو . إنه ولد في تايوان وانتقل الى امريكا وهو صبي صغير في عام 1970 .
حسناً ، وثمة فرق آخر ، على الرغم من أن العديد من أصحاب المشاريع بدأت اعمالهم في سن مبكره والكثير من الآخرين لم تبدأ حتى سن 40 او في وقت لاحق .
أخيراً ، اعتقد من المهم أن اذكركم بأن رجال الأعمال ليسوا دائماً رجال ، اشهر سيدة اعمال وعلى سبيل المثال انيتا روديك ، اسست بودي شوب .
يمكنك ان تجد لها مستحضرات التجميل الطبيعيه من المحلات التجاريه في جميع انحاء العالم ، لذلك مع خاتمة هذا القسم يمكن ان ترى ان رجال الأعمال يأتون من خلفيات مختلفة .
