compound adjecives
It modifies the noun, with the two or more worded adjective phrase, to create a new adjective. The adjective phrase is usually written in with a hyphen
(-).

Absent-minded = forgetful
Big-headed = proud of one's self

Cold-blooded = a kind of classification of animals

Far-reaching = Having a wide influence, or effect

Good-looking = attractive appearance; handsome

never-ending = not ending
