مثل رياح السريكو التي تهب من الصحراء الافريقية وتعبر البحر المتوسط الي ايطاليا دائما تكون حارة.
والاخر يهب من المناطق الجبلية وتكون باردة جدا مثل رياح المسترال في اوربا.
وهناك بعض الرياح الدفيئة مثل الفوهن ورياح الشنوك.
