I'm on the Leckford Estate in Hampshire.
It's a farm of about 4,000 acres
that is owned and run by the Waitrose supermarket chain.
More than 1,000 Fresian cattle
produce more than five million litres of milk a year.
Apples, pears, mushrooms and cereals are also grown here.

If you go back 12 months, it was £185 a ton.
Erm, it costs me about £130 a ton to grow this.
