I know a Saudi consultant who used to work in Saad Hospital in Khobar and he was earning 150,000 Riyals, then he quit because it didn't meet his ambitions. And now he has his own clinic

For US president I don't think they care about the salary at all, because they are already multimillionaires
And for Trump, he has billions, so I think he gives the salary to his son to go to school with it
