Ellen: I saw people who had a lot of things, and I thought they happy. I didn't appreciate my life.
interviewer: Uh-huh. I see. So, how did you become an expert onsdo happiness?
Ellen: Well, about five years ago, something happened that completely changed me.
Interviewer: Really? What happened?
Ellen: I don't remember everything, but I woke up in the hospital.
Interviewer: Oh, no. How awful
Ellen: My parents and my brother came to visit me every day. Every time I saw them, I felt happy. They were all there whenI really needed them.
Interviewer: Wow! It sounds like this experience really changed your attitude.
Ellen: That's what the book is about. I want to help other people be happy, too.
Interviewer: Mm hmm. I see. That's great acdvice, Ellen.
ألين : رأيت اشخاص لديهم الكثير من الأشياء واعتقدت انهم كانوا سعداء لم أكن اقدر حياتي
الصحفي : اها ، أرى ذلك ، اذن كيف اصبحت خبيره في السعاده؟
ألين : قبل حوالي خمس سنوات حدث شي غيرني تماما
الصحفي : حقاً ماذا حدث؟
ألين : لاأتذكر كل شي لكنني استيقظت في المستشفى
الصحفي : اوه ، كم هو سيء
ألين : جاء والداي وأخي لزيارتي كل يوم ، في كل مره اراهم اشعر بالسعاده ، كانوا جميعا هناك عندما احتجت لهم حقا
الصحفي : رائع! يبدو ان هذه التجربه قد غيرت موقفك بالفعل
ألين : هذا مايدور حوله الكتاب ، اريد ان اساعد الآخرين ليكونوا سعداء ايضاً
الصحفي:همم ، هذه نصيحه عظيمه ألين

Diego: So, Yuko, do you have a story with a happy ending?
Yuko: Well I'm happy because I have a great job.
Diego Uh-huh. I see. What do you do?
Yako: I'ma nurse. Its funny. I like to travel, so I wanted to be a flight attendant not a nurse.
Diego So what happened?
Yukoi : Well, actually, one day. I was going to an interview to be a flight attendant. I was on the bus, and it stopped suddenly. I fell and broke My arm
Diego: Oh. no How awfal!
Yukoi: I went to the hospital saw the nurses helping everyone And I just decided:I want to be a nurse. So I went to school, and now I work in ahospital!
Diego: Wow! That's amazing
Yuko How about you, Diego? Do you have a story with a happy ending ?
Diego: Uh. yeah. failed a math test
Yuko: Really That doesn't sound very happy.
Diego: Well, at first, it wasn't. I wasn't doing well in math class. I had a bad atritude. But my parnts found a great a tutor for me
Yuko: mm hmm
DieGo : He helped me a lot. I studied hard, and my grades got better
Yuko: Really? That's great
Diego : Yes And because I got good grades, I got into a good university. And when graduate next month, I'm going to work for a software company!
Yuko: Congratulations! That is a happy ending.
دييغو: إذن ، يوكو ، هل لديكِ قصة مع نهاية سعيدة؟
يوكو: حسنا ، انا سعيدة لأن لدي عمل رائع
دييجو: أها ، ماذا تعملين ؟
يوكو: أنا ممرضة ... أنه أمر مضحك. أحب السفر ، لذلك أردت أن أكون مضيفة طيران- وليس ممرضه
دييجو: ماذا حدث؟

يوكو: ذهبت إلى المستشفى ورأيت الممرضات يساعدن الجميع. وقررت للتو: أريد أن أكون ممرضه.
لذا ذهبت إلى المدرسة ، والآن أعمل في مستشفى!
دييغو: واو ! هذا مذهل
يوكو: ماذا عنك ،دييغو؟ هل لديك قصة مع نهاية سعيده؟
دييجو: آه ، نعم. لقد فشلت في اختبار الرياضيات
يوكو: حقا؟ هذا لا يبدو سعيدا جدا
دييغو: حسناً، في البدايه ، لم يكن كذلك. لم أكن أقوم بعمل جيد في فصل الرياضيات. كان لدي سوء تقدير لكن والداي وجدوا مدربًا عظيمًا بالنسبة لي.
يوكو: مم-همم.
دييجو: لقد ساعدني كثيراً. درست بجد ، وحصلت على درجات أفضل
يوكو: حقا؟ هذا جيد.
دييجو: نعم. ولأنني حصلت على درجات جيدة. دخلت في جامعة جيدة. وعندما أتخرج في الشهر المقبل ، سأعمل لدى شركة برمجيات!
