Stratified squamous epithelium tissue cheek cell (onion cells)
Aim:
Identify shape of Stratified squamous epitheliume tissue {cheek cell}(onion cells) under the microscope.
Equipment needed:
Microscope-sliced-methalean blue stain-normal salin-cover slip-tissue(onion cells)
Method:
1-take clean sliced and name the label.
2-put one drope of N.S.
3-put the onion cell on the slide after strechd it.
4-put one drope of methylene blue.
5-put it under the cover slide.
6-examincat of the onion cell under the microscope.
Important:
1-differntion bettowen sequamous and simple tissue.
2-development of using the microscope.
