General Note about Plagiarism: When final proposals are sent for evaluation, they will be checked with a computer program for plagiarism (copy/pasting from websites and books without using quotation marks and mentioning the name of the reference after the quotation). If plagiarism is detected in a paper, the student risks failing the course without any notice; so please make sure none of the sections in your proposal have copied material that will be considered as plagiarism.
