اماااا عاد أوم الفشلة يعني الدوائر الثانية رح تنظر لتقييماتي ولا لقريدي الفقير وخبرتي الطويلة في مجال يمكن هم مايبغونه ???!!!

Dear, are you working in SAMSO ?? listen dear, I also have a story with my work regarding grades. Every year they requested a grade for me, they rejected with NO reason. I went to the Manager asking him for a good reason then he told me that I still have requirement need to completed !!!! I really got shocked because my unit, boss and training coordinator did not inform me. After I completed all the requirement course, they gave me a grade. Same scenario happened before last year. But at this time, I knew by myself that the new requirement courses were updated and added to the system without informing us. So you have to find out now what are the requirement courses you need to complete. I am sure you still have pending. Send to your training coordinator an official email and Cc your boss.
