My Questions to them :
I want your help to clarify following issue, is the employee eligible to get P-Time for examination even if he didn’t get Pre-approval for completing studying?!
Is it depend on supervisor’s approval?!
I spent more 8 days from my vacation balance for exams, If your answer is yes, can I convert them now from L to P?

Thier Answer:
The period of the leave will be for the actual days of the examinations.
However, an employee may be granted a leave of absence with pay for a
period of up to ten (10) days if examinations are not within commuting
distance from the employee’s work day residence location, or not in the
Province of the employee’s job assignment.
