Skydivers and all risk takers are courage for sure. For those who think it is just a matter of "jumping" should first try to walk on their home's fence and how it feels to not be able to stand on your feet
Skydiving is the most risky since you are free falling with no strings praying that the parachute doesn't fail you. However, it might be considered the most daring act of adventurous risk. Although there might seem no good reason for such reckless acts, they often relate it to the adrenaline rush they get when they jump which gives them a great since of pleasure and happiness afterward. This also makes some people's life more interesting having stories to tell. You may think there are silly answer, but in all seriousness, there is no sound reason for doing these kind of things. It is all a matter of personal joy and satisfaction one would get during and after the jump.
It is like watching scary movies. Do we like being scared? Why do we like being scared? If not, why not just watch comedy?
