السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ..اسعد الله مساكم ..انا درست قبل كم سنة في امريكا وحصلت على شهادة معهد من هناك وضاعت مني وارسلت للمعهد لطلب شهادة ثانية وارسلو لي العبارة التالية :

وش المقصود ب money made payable ?
وشنو الخطوات الي المفرووض اني اعملها عشان استلم الشهادة منهم ؟
