salam and thanks for comments. i say the same (expensive) but cant make cheeper at all. the teachers are all consultant and the average pay for a consultant for 45 min lecture is 1000 riyals, ex gynecologist ,will give two days lectures about5- 6 lec aday . other speciality same, then notes, place and employes. we will have about 10 consultants, so finaly 5000 riyals is not enough??? thats why we need high no of attendants or simply the course will not be done. you all have to know that this course is only once per life, and it sumarise all medicine as possible. you should take it serious and make apudget for it , same as buying a car or marrage.( that is for the CANADIAN EX ), regarding USMLE, the last course of USMLE ,i payed from my mony for the students, i think you will not accept it;;;;;;. i told my students that when i was student , i bought a car for my teacher ( i borowed the mony ). i wish you all good luck.
