By the end of the course ( Eng 101 ), the students are expect to achieve the following objectives:


1. Using verbs to BE contextually


2. Forming different types of questions correctly


3. recognizing all pronouns in different cases ( subject, object , pssessive..etc )


4. Differentiate between countable and uncountable nouns


5. The ability to use expressions of frequency correctly


7. Using prepositions with time, place correctly.


8. forming simple, progressive and perfect tenses of verbs

V. Evaluation.


Final test with 70 grades ( about 100 Multiple choice items )


Participation , activities and assignments 30 grades


Total mark is out of 100


The exact time of the final test will be announced later


NOTE:


1. In case the textbook is unavailable students can choose any relevant references that contain the required topics or subjects in addition to focus mainly on lectures that will be demonstrated


2. Demonstration and explanation of lectures will be displayed through the website once a week
