i know some ppl who like to sing infront of mirror like my bro
and u know what ..some psychotherapists recommend to look into the mirror and say sthng nice to ur self like
I love me..or I look cute..or Today i'll be happy
this would give u a positive energy or spirit.. and for sure would give u a positive reflection all day long
