ما هي حاجة الإنسان للكمبيوتر إن كان عقله قادر على القيام بعملياته، وإن لم يكن باكتشافه هذا قد قام بإيجاد شيء يساعده على القيام بالعمليات المعقدة التي لا يقدر عليها العقل البشري؟
لذا برأيي أن الكمبيوتر قد وصل بل تجاوز العقل في كثير النواحي، بدءا بسرعة ترجمة المعلومات والقيام بأعقد العمليات الحسابية.
أما أنه سيصل إلى مستوى العقل البشري (فكريا) فأنا لا أظن ذلك فحسب، بل أؤمن بذلك، لأن العقل البشري في البداية لم يكن أكثر من خلية ولكنه تطور نتيجة لعملية تراكم المعلومات والتجارب التي أدت إلى تركيب نوعي جديد هو العقل البشري على شكله الحالي، ونفس الامر بالنسبة للكمبيوتر فهو يقوم الآن بعملية مراكمة معلومات، وأنا أعتقد بانه في المستقبل القريب سيصل إلى مرحلة الإبداع، وهو ما يقوم به العقل البشري.
