mmm OK ,,, first,when it comes about being extremely accurate,we use the capitalization as you said.However,i just can't see that it must be soooo official i guess ????

Second,regarding your (Defence) it's commonly used in (UK) english language and the other one which i already used ( Defense) its (US) and used more wider than the other one .
