i agree with you but not in this piont !! see i'm not a liar but i often do this and some times i have an allergy .. but it's truth that if someone lies his voice change and he became very confused .. and about the daily lies i think that sometimes we need them like when we say (My phone was silent
) we really didn't wanna answer

(umm, ah),
or throat clearing could indicate a lie
That point is the most thing that i can really notice ..

and i always notice that eye contact,,they will never look into ur eyes and lie to you
