In a bad mood ?,,let's go shopping

It is well known that dont go to grocery while your

hungry,,because then everything might look yummy for you,,the same thing applied to shopping ,,dont go shopping if you are in a bad mood



When people feel bad about themselves, they want to surround themselves with items that will make them feel better,

Sometimes, a change is required to get out of a bad mood, and while it’s important to recognize this, a change in wardrobe probably will not ultimately do the trick.
Although we might feel compelled to buy clothes that convey a different personality than the clothes we usually wear, the end result of such impulse buys could accomplish the opposite result.

Ways To Break Free From Your Bad Mood

Get dressed.
That's right. Get up, take a shower,,and put some nice out fit on
By getting dressed and doing what it takes to make yourself look good on the outside, you feel better on the inside. When you feel better on the inside, your mood changes significantly and you're ready to face the day


Get moving.

Many times your bad mood can be amplified by your lack of movement.


Read a book.
Reading a book takes you to a different place and allows you to step into someone else's shoes



Laugh.
There's no possible way that you can laugh and stay in a bad mood. It's proven that your emotions follow your actions,
Next time you're in a bad mood, try laughing
>>though others may think that u lost ur mind

Next time when you feel down,,try some of thses ways to shake up ur mood
