This is the job de******ion for .. Technical Operator
Education: High School Education
Experience: Previous computer operation helpful; Experience working with the public is preferred

Job Functions:
Perform repetitive tasks in the Ten Finger Enrollment (TE) operation including the following tasks
Data entry and biographical data verification
Fingerprint and photograph capture using PC workstation
Quality inspection of collected data

Job Prerequisites:
Knowledgeable in basic computer operations such as the following,
Familiar with Microsoft Windows and web browsers
Keyboard entry
Mouse operation
Printing
Customer oriented
Attention to detail
Quality check on fingerprint capture and photo taken
Ensuring correct biographical information and proper photo capture prior to printing
Ensure completeness of card printing and lamination
Ability to troubleshoot or think through problems encountered in application or device
Results driven: ability to perform tasks at a high standard to meet targeted operational goals
Must have good communication skills
Interaction with enrollees, site management, help desk, Field Service Engineers

Ability to demonstrate workstation operation to other users
