wow as usual you are amazing in your topics 
well for me I usually write in like a diary or sleeping and always talking a deep breaths
and now I start sometimes to talk with my sister even that doesn't help lol
because she just listen and not say anything back
but thats why I come to her cause that lets me talk until saying (( I guess thats enough)) 
so yeah sometimes that helps me in way I think
