The sentence is grammatically incorrect because the verb" like" is one of the ( Non-action verbs) that don't end with " –ing form" even the tense is present progressive . Instead we use simple present tense.
She doesn't like English language.

2- What is the difference between Every & Each?
Every = It is used before singular nouns when the speaker generally talks about things or persons

تستخدم everyقبل اسم مفرد اذا كان المتكلم يقصد اشياء او اشخاص بشكل عام وليس لديه معلومات عن كل واحد او لا يعرفهم شخصيا
Every university student should have a university identification number.
Each= It is used before singular nouns when the speaker specifically talks about things or persons
and knows them individually.
Each student in my class should have a dictionary.
