Ingredients:

one tomato

one cucumber

one onion

one lemon

one red pepper

olive oil

Salad

Firstly, cut the top of the tomato and discard. And continue to chop it into chunky slices. Take another tomato and repeat until all the tomatoes are cut into chunky cubes. Then, place them in a large bowl. Slice the onion in half then cut into thin slices. Put them into the bowl with the tomatoes. After that, cut a red pepper and a cucumber into cubes. Then, mix the ingredients. Squeeze a lemon all over the salad. Finally, add one spoon of olive oil. Serve and enjoy.
