in my opinion or at least in my situation
writing helped me a lot to understand and practice english
even though I`m not very good in speaking but that because
I`m not talking very much
but trust me
writing also help a lot
try to write an essay at least one evey week or even every 2 weeks
it will help you a lot
the second thing -I think- is try to study more words
there`s some books for words only
that will help you if you want in reading
especially in academic books
and of course
