Ok brother let me help you, the corrections are:
1- "I" most always come capital.
2- Firs letter in the firs word in any sentence most be capital.
3- Any singular has to has something just befor it (a, an, the, any, etc..)
4- the correct spelling is "before"

So your sentence should be:
I have a big problem.
My problem is (that) I can not speak before people.

Note:

You have the choice to say (that) or not.

Using "before" in this situation is correct, because one of before's meanings is "in front of"
Similar sentences: " Italy will face Brazil this afternoon befor a crowd of 100,000 spectators", "This is the actor who had performed before the Queen.
