well,,it's not a citizen's issue,,its all in the hand of Shura council and ministers council
and if you are asking why
it because alotta things that they put under the cover of Islam though im very sure that islam didnt forbid it
and the other reasons about traditions and beliefs ,,etc



you are right,,we have always to give a positive attitude or a positive image about pple here weather men or women
,,i dont know why they are suposing the bad results b4 trying it
any way
as i said before though im a girl but i dont care anymore about driving coz i believe its not our only problem here
