Ail ,who was working a long way from home ,wanted to send a letter to his wife
,but he could neither read nor write .


better to say un educated;un lettered;illiterate

and he had to work all day , so he could only look for somebody to write his letter. late at night ,at last he found the house of a letter-writer whose name was Nasreddin .

no need to use and here just start a new sentence




better to say[COLOR="rgb(65, 105, 225)"] the letter--writer's house . he owns the house not the house owns the writer

.Nasreddin was already in bed .It was late , he said what do you want?



when you narrate in English they usually , they usually Quote the speech of the character then they refer to the him or her like following:

what do you want '', he said ''



I want you to write a letter to my wife ,said Ail .Nasreddin was not pleased.


He thought for a few seconds and then said, has the letter got to go far ?


seconds are plural we can not use the singular A here

also do not forget the
