1- كم هو مُضحك أن من يقتات من جسد الوطن .. هو ذاته من يزايدُ بوطنيته على غيره بكل تعنت وبكل حمق .. و كم هو محزن .. أن من يبني الوطن ويزرع فيه الأمل .. هو ذاته من يصمت تماماً حين يستوجب الأمر غير ذلك !
2- It is really ironical that the one who exploits the country is the one who stubbornly and stupidly pretends to be patriotic; and how depressing is that the one who builds the country, instilling the seeds of hope in it, is the one who keeps silent when he is required to take action.
3- أيا عصيةٌ على النسيان .. شيءٌ في الأفق أعاد ذكرى البسمة والكلمات .. وقلبٌ مازال يخفق بشوقٍ دون ملل أو خُذلان ! فرفقاً .. وكثيراً من الحنان .. طالت الايام و إندثر الزمان .. وهذا الإنسان .. ما نال من قلبك سوى الحرمان!
4- O, you who can't be forgotten! Something in the horizon recalls your smiles and words to my mind. My heart is still beating with love and longing, never got tired or bored. Please, have mercy on me, and be tender to me. Days run so fast, and your heart gave me nothing but deprivation.
5- نعم أنت اليوم حزين .. والظلام من حولك شديد شديد .. والمصائب تنهال عليك وأنت أمامها وحيد .. ولكن يا صديقي أليس في قلبك شيء دفين .. يخبرك دوما .. أنّ الشمسَ إنْ غابت .. فهي لا محالة عائدة يوم غدٍ من جديد !
6- Yes, you are sad today, and overwhelmed by exhaustive darkness. Problems rain over you, and you don't even have a shelter to protect you. Anyway, don't you feel that there is a hidden power inside you which always reminds you that after every sunset there is a sun rise?
7- نعم إن ما تقوم به ذكرياتك في نفسي يُعد إحتلالاً ..وكثيرٌ من الوقت أنتظر من الشوق إنصافاً ... ولكن عجبي على إبتسامةٍ تُقدم إلتماساً فيغدو إجرامها في حقي وساماً !
8- Yes, you have preoccupied my mind like a colonizer. I still wait for you to do me justice. I wonder how your apologizing smile can cure all my agony, so that I forgive you all your sins.

10- أمي هي المركز .. هي الحارس المتنبه والصامت .. تصون تقاليد حياة بأكملها بمجرد وجودها فقط .. هي مصدر قوة الأسرة كلّها .. هي التي تعرف الأشياء .. تقرر الحقائق .. تميز القيم .. وتحدد ما الذي على المرء أن يسعى إليه .. وما الذي عليه أن يقرره .. هي التي تعبر عن وجهة نظرها فتصبح في معظم الحالات امراً يجب ان يُطاع .. سواء في الشؤون اليومية أو في المآزق و الأزمات الكبرى
My mother is the pillar of the family. She watches over us silently and cautiously. Her presence in our life is enough to make it super organized. She is the source of power for all of us. She knows everything, states all facts, and highlights moral values. She supports all of us to take firm decisions, and set goals. We see what she sees, and take her views as orders, whether in daily life problems or in serious family crises.
