Language and regional variation:
-there is variation in the way English is spoken in different countries(U.S.A,Britin,Australia,and Canada).
-there are also varieties in different parts of those countries.
The standard English :
-standard English is found in printed English news papers and books. It is the variety we try to reach to those who are learning English as a second lnguage.
Levels of English:
1-standard English. ( Formal British)
2-non-standard English_wrong words.
3-sub-standard English_ some mistake e.x(I might could).
4-jargon_language of spesific group of people.
5-slang_street language,there is dictionary for slang language.
6-informal,(American).
7-taboo_oh shit+piss(urinate).
