you don't have to put (but) in the second sentence

it becomes

Although I had alot of difficulties in my job , I'm still successful in it

and we can put ( inspite of) instead of Although

Inspite of the many difficulties I faced , I'm still successful
in my work.

نستطيع استخدام inspite of بدال Although
بشرط إن الجمله التي تأتي بعدها يجب أن تتحول إلى إسمية
