but I have few comments :

the first one is correct

and also it can be written like that :

thirteen 13 people have been admitted to the hospital

suffering from food poisoning

وبالنسبة للجمله الثانية
أفضل إنك تختار الزمن التام المستمر

Oh my God , food poisoning has been increasing
recently.

و key word كلمة recently

وهذا السبب

يستخدم زمن المضارع التام المستمر بدون فترة زمنية لإعطاء
معنى أشمل وأعم ونستخدمه عامة في حالات Lately , recently
you can use the present perfect continuous
in sentences wihout duration

has/ have + been + verb with ing

على سبيل المثال:

Recently John has been doing the work. active form.

Recently the work has been being done by john. passive form

زمن المضارع التام المستمر نادرا ما يأتي بصيغة المجهول
