But if you don't mind I have two little comments on your explanation:
First, using reductions such as gonna, gotta, wanna, etc is no problem in spoken English, but in writing, it is considered as a mistake.

Second, we must not use any auxiliary verbs, e.g. are, is, etc, when the verb is in the Simple Present tense.
